Fiona Curtis is a qualified Speech Pathologist with 40 years of experience in working with a wide range of speech, language, learning, fluency and swallowing disorders with both younger and older children and adults.

Fiona currently specialises in early intervention for stuttering (The Lidcombe Program), developmental speech disorders and early language and literacy development.

Fiona graduated from Curtin University of Technology (Perth, Western Australia) in 1986 with a Bachelor’s of Applied Science in Speech and Hearing.

Fiona is a member of:

  • Speech Pathology Association Australia (SPAA) – Certified Practising Speech Pathologist
  • The Private Speech Pathologists Association of Western Australia

From April 2026, Fiona will be closing her practice, and starting her next career, retirement!
